Made-to-Order Policy
All of our metal posters are printed on demand just for you. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
Change of mind;
Incorrect size ordered;
Personal preferences (e.g. color variation or style);
Please read all product descriptions and size details carefully before placing your order.
Exceptions to Returns
We will only accept returns or issue refunds in the case of:
Items damaged in transit;
Incorrect items received (wrong design or size);

Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
We’ll notify you by email once the refund has been initiated.
Non-Returnables
For hygiene and safety reasons, and due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
Customised artwork
Used or altered items
Items returned without prior approval
Lost or Delayed
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate and, if confirmed lost in transit, send a free replacement.
Limitation of Liability
Exclusivo Metal Poster is not responsible for:
Inaccurate shipping addresses provided by customers
Delays caused by postal or customs services
Minor color variations due to screen differences
Improper handling of artwork after delivery
